FAQ
Do I need any equipment?
Most sessions are bodyweight only. Some programs/workouts use a kettlebell or resistance band, but there are plenty of options if you don't have any equipment. The beginner & intermediate workouts are 100% bodyweight. (mat for the yoga & meditation is welcome)
What if I'm a total beginner?
Every session is fully guided — I coach your form, cue every movement, and show you modifications. The BEGIN program starts with 10-minute bodyweight sessions designed specifically for people who are new to training.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes. Every one is designed to give you maximum results in minimum time.
What's included in the membership?
300+ follow-along workouts and meditations, structured programs from beginner to advanced, a daily calendar programmed for you each month, the ODB community with direct access to me as your coach, and the OutdoorBody app on iOS and Android.
