Hi, I'm Tommy. I've spent 20 years as a performance coach and trained over 50,000 people, executives, athletes, and everyday people who'd lost touch with their bodies. I've filmed OutdoorBody workouts in more than 20 National Parks and around the world, from Nepal to Alaska to the Himalayas, because I believe the body is the gateway: train it hard, and the mind follows.
